UK & Europe
CITRYNE® citrate chelation and 0.5 micron carbon filtration for European kitchens — ice, steam, beverage and warewashing. No EDTA, no artificial chelants, no flow restriction and no downtime.
Pick a territory for typical supply hardness and the service interval we would specify as a starting point. Site-specific figures are confirmed against the water company's own report.
26 territories across the UK, Ireland, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Australia.
Fitted inline before the fill valve. Keeps evaporator plates clear and cube clarity consistent on cubers to 360 kg/day. Add ChillTech to cut cycle time by around 30%.
Sized for boiler-fed combis, multi-compartment steamers and proofers at 7.6 l/min, with no flow restriction at peak service.
Parallel-plumbed for 15.1 l/min: 1 micron filtration and carbon for taste and odour across multiple carbonators and brewers. NSF 42 and 53 certified.
Cuts spotting and rinse-arm blockage on door-type machines at 15.1 l/min; SC300HSYS for flight lines.
One system feeding hot beverage and ice: 0.5 micron carbon with scale inhibitor plus CITRYNE® on the ice leg, to 635 kg/day.
CITRYNE® uses food-grade citrate — the same citrus chemistry found in lemons, limes and oranges — as its chelating agent. No EDTA, no artificial chelants: non-GMO, and safe for plants, animals, septic systems and human consumption.
The metal ions that cause hard water — principally calcium and magnesium — are bound to the chelating agent in our FDA-approved formulation, which keeps them soluble and unable to bond.
The cartridge design uses line pressure to push exactly the right amount of citrate into the water. No water is wasted and no electricity is needed.
Calcium carbonate becomes calcium citrate, so scale cannot bond to pipes, appliances or equipment — and pre-existing build-up is gradually removed.
